Boutique Market at the Rocket pub Saturday 8th 12 - 5pm

There is a boutique market being held at the fab Rocket Pub in Acton tomorrow 12-5 pm, showcasing local talent and handmade gifts, all welcome and should be a brilliant day with fun things for the kids too. Please come along and see what the local community has to offer. I'll be there with my vintage goodies along with 20 other stalls.

And for those on a more restrictive budget, don't forget Acton Market....Hand made cards for all occasions, fresh fruit & veg, clothing, and the book stall which has new stock in this week......novels, classics, childrens etc.And much much more !!:)

I noticed that the Transport Museum by Acton Town Tube Station is having an Open Weekend.  Always fun!

And my favourite restaurant Thai Nice has 10% discount all this weekend. Acton is suddenly the place to be. No wonder house prices are on the up.

I didnt know you fasted Sara. Is Ovvie your partner? We went to Thai Nice and it was full (me and my big mouth) but had a lovely evening and got 10% off the bill!

The lady who was in the restaurant area with very nice shoes for sale, she has an outlet somewhere in Chiswick and a Facebook page, the details of which I have lost. No website.

They were lovely shoes and really comfortable(the flat ones were anyway) but at £120 a pair they're way out of my price range. Shame.
