Basically the letter kept telling me how proud he was of his staff, that they were doing ther best and that we may find our delivery is even later than ever.Interesting the letter made no reference to recent reports that postage could sky rocket in price, or that they have to keep moving good post delivery staff (I make reference to Chrissie who is superb and has been exiled to Acton high street), or that about 2% of the letters I now recieve are not even marked for my address - but that's all fine because he's very proud.CarlCarl
