Lost TV channels

I seem to have lost Ch1 thru 9 on digital TV.  Has anybody else experienced this?  I have tried retuning both the TV and the DVB recorder but, they only start at Ch10.  It's a real pain having to switch on the DVB and watch BBC1 on Ch50.  No BBC2 or Ch5.Any ideas!

PSJust checked out BBC i-Player.  You now get a triangle type symbol to the left of the screen, rather than the click to play icon in the middle.  What is going on, the Beeb throwing a spanner in the works?  It looks like Aunty has taken a course in alien tech at Area 51.

No overnight engineering work for the digital switchover.

Try switching off then actually removing the mains for a minute or so (switch off at the wall or pull out the plug) then reconnect, switch on, and try again.

Done all that, still no joy and even tried to re-tune again.

I beleive the Crystal Palace transmitter was closed down for several hours for essential maintenance.....or some such article I briefly heard on the T.V.

Have managed to re-tune the TV but, not the Blu-ray recorder.  I will try it on the spare bedroom TV, if that fails then I will try reset to shipping conditions.If we have this trouble now, what's in store for the re-tune next year (April 2012)?????

Thanks for the help.  All re-tuned, including the useless Ch5.It all happened at 3am when the DVB upgrades.
