Phishing letters being sent to residents on the ward

Dear Residents;We have so far been made aware of 4 residents on the area who have received identical letters from a Seddon Wang which appear to originate in China.This letter is addressed to the individual directly and claims the addressee is in line to benefit from 21 million dollars. The owner of this money allegedly 'died during hiking'.This is a very crude attempt of obtaining further details personal and I suspect financial which will in all likelyhood be used in fraud. Please do not respond in any way to these letters. We are happy to be handed them or alternatively shred them at home. If something is too good to be true then it probably is. Yes I received one of these letters addressed to me personally  this week too.  It must be a very lucrative scam if they are now willing to pay the postage on these letters.  Pity they haven't learnt how to use the spell check facility yet.
