My best friend is an iPad. I love it. Unfortunately, so does my 4 year old. We fight about it. She thinks it's her's, I know it's mine. However, her "education" has come along a treat since she's been using it. I have more apps on there for her than myself. I answer emails on the go, keep ahead of the news, read newspapers, use Twitter on there, Ebay, research until the cows come home, read books on there, it's invaluable when I'm away from home, store my photos on there, music, play chess on there, etc. It's battery life is long too, much longer than my Mac laptop that's for sure.I love it. Wouldn't be without it. Unfortunately, nor would my 4 year old! It's been a Godsend in traffic.....we were stuck for 10 hours on a motorway recently. The iPad saved us from misery with my daughter in the back......she just played with the iPad and the battery lasted almost all that time.
