CPZ Zone MM Parking permit application form,

I have received mine (What a joy!) already but nearly put it in the bin without opening the envelopeIt was in a plain white envelope selled with tape and addressed “dear occupier Lynton road w3"Beware guys and be aware .and of course has to pay £40.00 for the privilege now!
