You must complain to Ealing Council, and preferably in writing - email is good. The Council can only act when a complaint/s are received, and in my experience they will.Of course the more complaints received on a particular noise nuisance (and other) issue/s, the better.And you MUST obtain a Reference Number for your complaint, and obviously make sure you keep a note of/record it.My experience is that numerous times a Reference Number is not given out, even when it is an "automatic" requirement.Wonder why that is?
