Is the council wasting our money with stupidity?

Thought the council had to save money.  It appears that labour councils have a good track record for wasting money on silly projects.  Pots...guzunter.  (goes under the bed)I just hope that people remember all the follies of this administration at the next council elections.Pots and dirt.Garden Tax.Betrayal.CPZ screw-up.Acton baths.

May have had something to do with, rats, newts or just p***ed.There again it could have been council bashing or, just a tantrum over the pots.
