UNNEIGHBOURLY NEIGHBOURS
We have several people with dogs in neighbouring streets, 2nd Ave, 3RD Ave and Ashfield Road who think it is quite fine to come onto our private estate (although it is clearly signposted "residents only" "private estate" etc )and let their dogs use our private communal gardens as dog toilet (which they do not pick up) I have approached them and got a mouthful of abuse. and all this is becuase they are to lazy to walk up 1st Avenue and take their dogs to the public open space in Trinity Gardens which is 4 times the size of our communal gardens. Would I be within my rights to take my dog around to thier gardens for a poo and a bit of a run around??
