I know quite a number of local residents were cautious about the CPZ charge ( us included) but it is so so nice to be able to park near our home. I used to have to stop in the middle of the road and unload the massive amount of groceries before going in search of parking- often two or three streets away. In the last few days however there have been at least seven or eight free spaces in this street which to me, makes it all worth while. I hope other locals are happy too. Parents picking up from the Greek school or St. Vincents on Pierrepoint rd will hopefully not need to double park or park over peoples driveways now as the change on that street has been amazing.
