Eggs are a great way of testing cafe's etc I usually ask for scrambled, so they have to make them fresh, but regarding the coffee I've had at Coffee etc. I have found it to be very strong, almost salty at times, but the staff are usually more helpful.The problem I have with all 'real' coffee shops is that I want a white coffee, not an Americano or Macchiato I even explain, I just want a shot or double shot of coffee in a cup/mug filled up with hot water and a bit of cold milk (not steamed hot milk) at the end. At around £2.00 a shot I don't think I'm being unreasonable with my requests, or if anyone knows what this might be called please tell me.
