Is this a parking first?

I think (low be it spoken) that I have just completed the CPZ renewal online and WITHOUT PAIN for the first time since the CPZ started.Can this be true?No email confirmation yet...but it all seemed to work.Will be gleeful if it has!Happy New Year

Don't hold your breath!The west side of Horn Lane CPZ, is now in effect as from 01/01/2012.  Just think of all those who thought that a anonymous white envelope was junk mail (The Occupier) and not the permit application.  SYSTEM OVERLOAD!!!!Anyway I though you may have got an electronic response from LBE with conformation that your app was on the system.  There again who knows how the council works?  They don't even know themselves.

Parking stickers arrived today but no vouchers though had paid for them - maybe an envelope tomorrow

I renewed my CPZ in Sept and bought vouchers. I remember being puzzled that there was no confirmation of the transaction but vouchers arrived followed by permit.

The vouchers arrived yesterday so all in all, an excellent service but zero communication. Better than the reverse!
