Printer problem, help appreciated

The paper feeder mechanism on my Epson Stylus Photo printer is malfunctioning.It's not a fault covered by the manual - it seems to be mechanical.Can anyone recommend a company/individual who could hopefully fix this?  The companies in the directory don't have recommendations yet. Thanks.

Amazing what a damp cotton bud can achieve!  And reading the maintenance section of the manual. Thanks for the tip.
