Strange texts and emails

HelloHas anyone else had a couple of weird texts and emails today supposedly from 'the Council' about Cobal, the phone payment system, being down? Got two texts, which was strange enough but then to find two email messages aswell was even weirder.

Do you by any chance have a child in a school which is catered for by Harrisons? Trying to work out who sent them.

I had them too - yesterday. I was wondering whether it was because I must have been on the Council PR list from my days as Editor of this site.... Or whether they just sent them to anyone who has had any email contact with Ealing Council. Perhaps we should ask EC for an explanation?
