Suspicious cyclist

I was parking up in Maldon Road lunch time today and observed a young black guy in a hoody cycling very slowly on the pavement looking into parked cars. He sped off down the road when he noticed me watching him.

Maria, this happens all the time...... all are advised not to leave anything of value on show in their cars.........
