Cheese stall in market

I was in the market this morning and discovered a lovely stall selling cheese - mostly Dutch (but by no means all gouda) with a good selection of English and other cheeses.  Not particularly cheap, but good.  It's called The Big Cheese, and it's only his second week there.  Unfortunately, only on Friday, but well worth a look

You beat me to it Nina! I was going to post a similar thread. He had a nice selection of cheeses - and when asked if he stocked Sage Derby, said it was one of those he would bring another week. I don't mind paying a bit more for decent cheese. Lets support him and he might come on Saturdays too!

What good news - had I known before popping out this morning, I would definitely have tried him.Saturdays would be better - but maybe he is somewhere else then.

I discovered him last week: I rarely go up to the market on Saturdays so assumed he was a regular, but it must have been his first week. The display looked so marvellous - and he had no customers - that I had a good look and bought some delicious West Country cheddar. Sage Derby would be great, too!

Thank you to all who have brought from 'the big cheese', Trevor will not be at the market on Friday 9th March but will be back to following week.
