Hi Christopher Wren was renamed 'The Phoenix' c.10/12 years ago. I do not remember a fire but the new name was to promote a new start under a high profile head teacher, William Atkinson. If you look on Friend Reunited you will find former pupils of CW, and try googling both CW and the Pheonix for info, good luck!
