No Central line service through Acton this weekend 10/11 March

Saturday: No service between Marble Arch and West Ruislip/Ealing Broadway due to track and drainage improvement work. Replacement buses will run:Service A: Willesden Junction (for Bakerloo line/London Overground) – North Acton – Park Royal (for the Piccadilly line) – Hanger Lane – Perivale – Greenford - Northolt – South Ruislip – Ruislip Gardens – West RuislipService B: Shepherd’s Bush – White City – East Acton – North Acton – West Acton – Ealing Broadway (for District line and trains to Paddington)Sunday: No service between White City and West Ruislip/Ealing Broadway. And no beastly overground either whish is a real pain.When will TfL realise that people have to move about on Sundays too and closing great chunks of the network is a huge nuisance.There wasn't even a replacement bus service today - not that is generally much good. It would have taken my daughter HOURS from West Hampstead. So she didnt come.Unhappy.

The London Overground closure was between Willesden Juction and Richmond only. Your daughter could have taken London Overground to Willesden Juction and the 266 bus to Acton Central. Alternatively the Jubilee line to Green Park for the Piccadilly line to Acton Town. Another alternative the Jubilee line from West Hampstead to Baker Street for the Circle or Hammersmith & City line to Shepherd's Bush Market for the 207/607 bus. I doubt any of those journey would have about more than an hour.
