they seem to checking something on the pavement every few houses, and shining their torches onto the front of the houses.they dont seem to be recording anything !anyone seeing anything similar ? it seems to be an odd hour to be checking for water leaks !

IF they are water company people, yes sometimes they do come out in the small hours. I was told once they can hear the water running when there is no traffic.

I have seen them at midnight in my road and they sprinkle salt around. I think to show up the leak if its a slow one.

Saw a red B by a storm drain. Can only assume that the drain needs unblocking.
