Sara, there is a company i use for buying bits for school PA events, they do union jack bunting at about 1.50/1.60? for a 6 metre length if i remember rightly. They are called Morjarias and based in Alperton. Also have a website www.toysgifts.biz i think, just google them. They are kind of a wholesaler so you need an account, just a letter headed paper needed. Personally for 31.50 a pop i wouldnt go to the bother of making it myself! Also sounds like pound shop territory, have you tried those?
