Flawed Justice System?
Reading a reader's letter in today's newspaper it makes one think:The idiots who drive whilst using a mobile phone, endangering other drivers' lives, risk a fie of £60.If I wash my car using a hose, I risk a fine of £1,000.Who denies our justice system is flawed?
