'Private Kitchen Garden' at Napier W3

The site plan for the Napier development (North of Bromyard House) shows a piece of land, between Bromyard Ave and the townhouses, described as 'Private kitchen garden'  http://www.rightmove.co.uk/developer/branch/Berkeley-Homes-Urban-Renaissance/Napier-82151.html#pId=37518179Is this the result of the Allotment holders contact with Berkeley Homes and Tony Pidgley and so additional allotment space? If so well done!

Makes a change fronm the astro turf they put outside the social housing flats on Third Avenue, its awful

I live in Third Ave and think the astro turf works well, I only spotted it a few weeks ago. Real turf would not have survived, believe me, My attempts at a decent lawn failed big time! I think Michael Wales might have the answer to my original question, if he spots this......
