Photo Garden Waste Bags

In some cases it would appear that the garden bags are not being returned to the front gardens!Yesterday I counted about 12 or so garden bags blowing all over the roads in the high winds. This was evident in Brougham Road and also along Lynton Road.The bags could cause problems for drivers, in fact I had to move one or two of them off the road to avoid them getting tangled in the wheels of cars.Surely it is not too much to ask that the new contractors ensure the bags are left within the boundary of each property?

Correction: It was mostly the WHITE plastic sacks blowing around the streets yesterday, but I think this could also happen with the garden sacks!

after two good collections we had green boxes and white bags all over the pavement and road. I sent pics to the council. They say this is wrong and have taken it up with Enterprise

Three weeks ago the lid for our bins was cracked. 2 weeks ago our food recycling bin was damaged and returned without a handle. Last week the green recycling box was not returned (I searched up and down the street). Also, as I was walking home alongside another road there were bins flying all over the place in the strong winds - obviously not returned to the properties. I really do expect an improvement.

I cannot understand why they have to throw the green boxes and food bin over the fence and into the garden!My food bin is now patched with tape because it was thrown back into my garden. The previous contractors were just as bad though. This is my 3rd food bin because the others were damaged because of mishandling.
