What about the place opposite Homebase on the one way system, don't know what they are called but you could try there.

Go directly to Dyson. I had them out twice. They charge a set fee that I can't recall and will change as many things as you need. I virtually had a new machine in spare parts each time. the guy even said an old trick is to pick them off skips and phone for the fixed charge repair to get them as good as new again.Carl
