Is this the one in Myrtle road spilling into Churchfield and Shakespeare.Has the road closure of Churchfield Road been approved (was a nightmare for car-free day about ten years ago!)What time will it start?

Hi! Sara, We are having a meeting tonight to finalise the details of the Jubilee celebrations. It is going to be in three zones, Churchfield Rd with the closure of Mytrle Rd which is the Street party Zone, The Mount with the Kings Head organising live music and between Market Place and the Oaks shopping for food and entertainment. We will keep you informed with the details as they are available. We Will also be looking forward to all the Local Support to make this a truly memorable event in our children's memories.Regards Sunny and Charlie

Hi! All Glad to say our meeting went well last night. So here is the program for Sunday 3rd June. The celebrations will be in three zones zone1 The Mount with live music organised by the Kings head pub. Zone2 Start time 10.30 The High Street out side and along Bet Fred to Greggs. Zone3 Start time 12pm Mytle Road and Churchfield Road with the street party. Please pass on to all friends and family of Acton and make this a truly memorable day. Hi! All, just a quick reminder for the forthcoming event on the 3rd. All kicking off from 11am till 5pm in the High Street with Food stalls and Craft market. We also have a Quiz tent, and live music, street dancers and free balloons. Kings Head From 12pm to 7pm With a BBQ and live music. Then on to Myrtle Road 12pm to 9pm For live music and children's entertainment. So if you have not made any plans please support your local event and make it a day to remember.
