Bank holiday parking

Can we assume that CPZs won't apply on Monday and Tuesday in LB Ealing as is usual on bank holidays?

From Ealing Council website"On UK bank holidays you may park freely within a residents parking bay only in any Ealing CPZ without displaying a visitor voucher or parking permit."

Parking will be free on bank holiday Monday and Tuesday for customers using  on street pay and display and shared use parking bays, as well as the council's car parks. Other restrictions such as double yellow lines, loading bays and disabled bays will be enforced as normal.

Thank you ealing Council for posting on here! But does that mean that Resident's parking bays still require a permit? Our bays are not on street pay and display, nor are they shared use - they are just resident'sbays!

Tuesday isn't actually a Bank Holiday it's a Public Holiday you will need to check.
