I've used them: they're rather slow, but good. After last time, I would recommend you ask them firmly for a time estimate, and chase if necessary! They're in South Ealing Road, almost opposite St Mary's Church.I've also used the Clock Clinic in Upper Richmond Road, near Putney Bridge, but that's a bit of a trek... (and they weren't any speedier, though still good).
