The Japanese Nursery has only been operating since Planning Permission for The Shamrock Club change to Mixed Use several weeks ago. No idea what "access management plan pursuant to Condition 5" means. Presumably it is to make the area safer for the little kiddies, given the large lorries, low loaders, plant equipment & fork lift trucks which scurry dangerously around what is meant to be a Members Car Park, and not a Goods Yard.
