While it's true that the Acton Gardens development is mixed use. The blocks are separate, with own entrances/lifts, one for private sale, one for shared ownership, one for social housing etc. Only some South Acton estate residents will be offered the opportunity to move there - those with assured tenancies - those on short term tenancies will have to move elsewhere. The entire estate bordered by Bollo Lane to the west, Bollo Bridge Rd to the south, the High St to the north and the Working Mens club and council flats on Brouncker Rd to the east is scheduled for staged demolition and redevelopment by 2022. All the plans and timescales for the demolition of each block of flats and houses are on the Ealing Planning website.Can't wait.
