Neighbour's Rubbish
I'd welcome any suggestions on how to deal with this issue. I live on a fairly decent street but my absent next door neighbour has rented a small/medium sized house out to 5 different families. Every rubbish day, they dump their bags (and sometimes, mattresses and furniture) in front of my house. Some of them do this 3 days in advance of collection day. When the bin men do not take bits of rubbish away, it just lies in front of my house collecting flies. I have called the owner about festering rubbish this morning but no luck, he is ignoring me. What redress do I have?
