Light polution
Who do I speak to about having the lights from the Job Centre Plus building in Armstrong Road W3 turned off at night. With the demiss of the Houses on Sir Alexander Close, I can now see that the majority of the lights are left on all night every night in this building. Apart from anoyying the residents who live next door ( Sir Alexander Road) I thought we were in a double dip recession where are they getting the money to burn all these lights all night?????? Who do I speak to.
