Any Talk Talk broadband users out there?

I keep getting letters about this and the price looks good.just wondered if there are any customers on this site who would give me their opinion on the service.

Peanuts and monkeys! I triEd them when they first started an they were so unutterably hopeless that I rEverted to pricier but excellent zen very soon after. But that was some time aNd they may have settled/improved

I think Zen have won the best broadband supplier prize for 13 years running.They answer the phone and they answer the questions and they action your requests. No messing about with them.Pity they don't run the useless Council!!! Bassam should go and work for them to learn delivery skills. Rant over.

I have been a customer for a few years and the level of customer service hasn't been great if something goes wrong. For a telecommunications company their communication with customers is patchy to say the least.Also they have been taking direct debit payments much earlier without any prior notification. This continues to happen.

I wouldn't recommend TalkTalk unless you want to be double billed forever and a day.  I think our last bill and bailiff threat was 8 months and millions of phone calls after leaving them.  We were not alone and they have received record fines..http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-14569918

Diabolical It took over 4 months to get this so called service started  up. In the end Talk Talk Fraud squad had to sort out the many  problems I was having after hours and  hours of being sent from one country to the next.Nerds who had not a clue what to do. In the end Talk Talk Chief Fraud Officer. sorted  it all out. Some new subscriber had been given MY account and  telephone numbers.!!!! SConsequently I could not be traced when trying to get security to activate my Broadband .  Even now I am having a hassle re bill aying. Without my permission a Direct Debit was set up and the package I had asked for ignored and a more expensive  one set up.Would not recommend them to  anyone,
