because of the visibility, the local populace rightly takes umbrage and the somnambulate Environment Agency springs into action and robustly disciplines/prosecutes the culprit/s for the offending pollution.Much applause and pats on the back all round.Now, does it take hundreds of dead people, belly up in the northern end of Horn Lane, before the local populace notices that there might be some filthy air about and therefore complain enough for The Environment Agency to finally do its job? After all, the Ealing 8/Horn Lane air quality monitoring station only started monitoring PM10 from February 2005, SEVEN AND A HALF years ago. The air in the Horn Lane Industrial Estate area is consistently among the most polluted in London and is slowly poisoning you folks.
