katy - have you done all the usual things like caling round to vets in the area, putting up notices, phoning Cats Protection Lost and Found number (020 8423 1403), asking neighbours if she's got into a shed .

There is a thread on the Chiswick site with a pic of a white cat that has been found, have added your details just in case. There is also a link to a pic so might be worth having a look, just in case..........and fingers crossed you are reunited soon.
