Garden Design

Can anyone recommend a good family firm or person who can lift and reset my uneven crazy paving and redesign the flower bed layout etc.My neighbours have fallen foul of " cowboys". The usual thing half  finished  jobs,then disappear never to be seen again or shoddy materials used and a complete mess made of the garden .Worse than before anything was done .
