Yoga and Pilates.

As many of you know I had surgery on my abdomen earlier this year and was left with poor muscle tone. I took myself to Yoga West on Warple Way and was pleasantly surprised to find a smashing introductory offer of 20 sessions for $25. Just Yoga and Pilates.I was even more surprised not to meet any locals at the sessions. Are none of you interested in Yoga or are you all far too fit?

Is it really 20 sessions for £25?  that's amazing.  Is the offer still on?

Thanks so much for this, I've never heard of it. I searched in vain last year for kids yoga classes and they do them here. Where have they been hiding?

Maire, thanks so much for this, my daughter and her friend did their first session today and loved it, and its proper yoga with a proper yoga teacher. We've signed up for 10 sessions for £65 which is very reasonable for a 45 minute class. Only problem is that there are only 4 children doing it at the moment and I fear they will drop the class if numbers don't improve, which would be a real shame given there are no other alternatives in the area.  Fingers crossed word spreads and numbers pick up.

Glad your daughter and her friend are enjoying the classes. They are all quite small at the moment which is very nice for those of us attending. James (the owner) is resigned to it taking a little while for word to spread. I think you are pretty safe.
