If you look at the other Oaks development thread, Ameeda, it should answer most queries - though there's quite a lot to plough through.At the moment the developers don't intend to touch Fitness First and some other parts of the Oaks because they have long leases which the developers don't want to/cant afford to buy out. So it's not all the site - which would be MUCH better and more coherent.
