residents parking vouchers problems

Trying to get online vouchers, but Ealing Council computer says no!Despite having managed to buy them inline on three occassions, the councils says it is not possible to order vouchers online unless there is only one name on your council bil.  They claim only 1% of people have had problems using their online ordering system. I do not believe this. Anybody else having had problems with the online ordering system?

Apparently they have sorted the problem, however, twice now it apparently has taken my creditcard payment and subsequently rejected the purchase.  The manager dealing with it seems to be in a meeting whenever I phone. So far have wasted almost two hours over various days. Have heard of two neighbours who had similar problems with one having to go to the town hall and one having it sorted by the intervention of a help full supervisor. Will be calling her and Manager tomorrow. Wonder whether I can invoice them for my time. Not amused!

I've given up with vouchers and registered to pay by phone each time someone comes. Also a bit of a pain but seems easier now set up...

I've just registered and was impressed how quickly they responded.But haven't actually used it yet as have enough vouchers to last years (not sure why!)

apparently the situation arises as soon as there are more than two names registered for Council tax.  Eventually after some 2.5 hours over at least 5 days, calling the council tax offices, calling my credit card company, calling the infuriating automated Council parking telephone numbers I have sorted it through the managerial actions of a Gentleman called Dulu Miah (020 8825 5612. Eureka, we can now park again in front of our house!!!!
