Good luck to everyone who is running in the first ever Ealing Half Marathon this morning. Just having my breakfast of toast and peanut butter for fuel. Yum yum.

Sara - it was a brilliant well organised event - there was a great atmosphere out on the course and the number of runners and spectators gathered in Lammas Park afterwards was pretty impressive.

Completed the course in 1hr 45m. Great atmosphere and I was surprised as to how many people took part. Also the course took me through parts of Ealing that I never knew existed!!
