What happened to our forum, it was down for the whole of Wednesday.  kept getting this message "error login use username undefined"   It's only come back to life at 2am today. Grrr.

I reported it and this was the response:Hi, Apologies about that. There was a change of location for the Acton server yesterday and it caused some problems with the registration system. Should be ine now. Regards

It was out on Thursday, not Wednesday!I think the 'people visiting the site' counter is still not working correctly. At one point yesterday when I was looking and trying to log on it said 480 people were visiting the site. the Chiswick site said over 2000! At the moment it says 92 people are visiting the site, a lot for a Friday morning, and the Chiswick site says 585 people!I reported it and only got a response saying problem should be fixed now.

I still have to re-log on every session - which is a bore.Not really exercised by the number counter tho!

I see there are 273 people visiting the site at 21:15. Is this a record or glitch?

A glitch! Neighbourhood net sent me the following response:-We are aware of the counter problem but don't want to turn it off until we have diagnosed what is causing it.

Yes, a note on the front page would have been useful to let us know we could not log on to the forum. I only had a response as I complained, but my initial reply was far less informative than Sara's. Once you could log on again, I then couldn't log off! So sent another complaint.I think it is quite amusing the number of people supposedly visiting the site - 499 now!
