No willpower,  a failure,  I only have myself to blame!

Popped out for a stroll around Acton Park (rather pleasant)  not had any naughty choc or cake this week,  even ignored 3 large trays of Krispy Kreme dougnuts in the kitchen at work even at my weakest at 5.00pm when hunger starts panging away at me But today on the way back from the park my legs just took me into Angela Malik and my mouth opened for large mouthfuls of sweet,  calorific,  delish delish delish cake.Is there any justification ...... oh of courseI am supporting a local business and it was purely for their good ahem!

Which one?If you have had a mouthful of her famed crack cake aka red velvet, you are DOOMED,DOOMED.It's all over!However there is hope if it was the carrot cake or tiramisu I believe.

It WAS crack cake!!  Banana cake is very good also,  and brownies.....I only eat them all for research purposes and generally not at one sitting!  Carrot cake never really grabs me,  naturally I would never let any go to waste but would not buy myself!

Hi there chocoholics, it's national chocolate week from the 8th to the 14th.  More addiction, yummy chocolate cake, pigging out on chocolate bars, I also assume Mars bars, if we can get Sara to part with one.  Don't forget all those lovely hand made Belgian chocs.  Any chance of chocolate Crack cake!

Not Acton I'm afraid but The Viillage Bakery on Pitshanger Lane and the bakery on the corner of Uxbridge Rd and Devonport Rd in Shepherds Bush do great Chelsea buns if you're ever that way. The shepherds bush one also does my all time favourite bread which I have never found anywhere else, a sesame seed topped Greek bread that you break apart. Worth the journey just for that.

Sara Nathan you ARE guilty as charged.I was quite happy with my brownies,  never been tempted by the cream frosting and luscious red sponge it just looked a bit too much BUT you did go on about the crack cake and one day I thought no not brownie today live a little,  don't be stuck in a rut,  branch out.............since then it has been a sorry tale of addiction and trying to fund the next feed!However I would never snitch on you to the head dealer,  Malik!  So it wasn't me.
