Traffic lights outside windmill pub acton high street

Would all cyclist please remember the laws of the road...If the red light shows you have to stop to let people cross you have to stop, you are no different to cars or lorries just cause you don,t have an engine. If you don,t understand the highway code then you should not be on the road.

Would it be worth complaining to the local police? They can sit a bit further down and then catch/ fine them all.

I have emailed them so waiting for a response, not sure what they can do as cyclist don,t have reg numbers on their bikes.
