Thank you Jan, it has taken a long time to actually catch someone but perserverence does pay off, and the moral of this story is If you are going to Flytip do not leave personal mail in the rubbish.

The new fave place for fly-tipping seems top be at the back gates of the new Nara - aka the Albion.Very annoying as it blocks the pavement, apart from the health hazard and undesirability
