Tim is a very nice Aussie, who knows his trade, his meat is hung, unlike Morrisons and, what's more, you can see what you are buying. No rubbish at La Viande.Further his sausages are handmade, on the premisses, with real cuts of meat:Traditional pork, pork and apple, chilli beef, also chicken. No excess fat.
