Street cleaning - a big fat failure again

Same old, same old.  Getting really tired of emailing the council and the guy in charge of the street cleaning about the same old problem.  Cart before the horse, literally.  Cleaner arrives before the refuse collection.  Result?  Another complaint from me to the Council.Who is in charge of Ealing Council these days?  Name escapes me, wonder why?  Bring back Jason Stacey please.  He listened, he talked, he walked around and he cleaned the place up.  I bet he wondered why he ever bothered in the first place.  What a great job......you spend 4 years working to change your borough and then in one night, another party come in and throw it all away.

Julian Bell is supposedly in charge. If you follow him on Twitter, you can see what a twit he is. If enough people vote Conservative at the next council election, Jason Stacey may be back in charge, instead of in opposition.

Thanks Peter.  Of course, Julian Bell.....whom I'm still waiting to hear from regarding my email to him about the pollution and PM10 particles in Horn Lane.
