square inspection cover broken

This is a bit like a manhole cover, only square (35x35cm) and in our front garden. It's a bit of a hazard and urgently needs replacing - does anyone know where I can get one? The closest thing I can find is on a website called plastics express but it doesn't seem like quite the right thing as ours is ?cast iron. I've done lots of googling and even asked a plumber who doesn't seem to know where he can get one. Changing the shape of the hole seems rather drastic. Any clever people out there who can help?

Jewson's have one the right size but the back of the cover has a round plastic bit which doesn't fit down the gulley to whatever it is down there.... Poores don't have anything and don't know of any suppliers who do. I'll carry on the search - will try Travis Perkins next.

Thanks Mary. Had seen that one - I think it might work and could be a good last resort but it's very slightly larger than we need. I will see if they take returns!
