Community Planting Day
I just wanted to let you know about a community planting day on Saturday November 17, in St Mary's Burial Ground on Churchfield Road, from 12- 3.30pm. It's organised by the Friends of St Mary's Burial Ground - we've been holding annual bulb planting days for the past 6 years and this year we've got some extra funding from Ealing Council to revamp the beds and borders with bee and insect friendly plants and add more trees. It's quite a precious little green space in Acton Central and it would be great to have more people invovled in trying to preserve it for everyone.
