Tomorrow - Saturday November 24th Freed Book Collective starts a one-day pilgrimage round all the London station bookswaps at Acton Central 1000. Donating a new book of poetry and art. Community Association Xmas party - 30th November upstairs at the Rocket - tickets including food and a glass of wine £15 - reply to book Boutique market at the Rocket - Dec 1st Social at the George & Dragon 5th December 1900 - including talking about the Oaks development Pass on a Poem - December 7th upstairs at the Rocket 1930 - people reading or reciting their favourite poems. Surprisingly entertaining! Acton Xmas Fair - on the Mount - very exciting with Santa's grotto, two tombolas, lots to see, do and buy December 8th 1000 - 1600 CCA festive quiz supper - December 15th L'Oriental 1900 book ahead Poets Corner Carol Singing Sunday 16th December - Poets Corner garden 1600 - entrance a fiver I think - on the door. (not that there is a door)
