Church Road - Drug Dealing

Twice a week I take my children to Church Road to attend ballet at Acton Ballet School which is based in Ruskin Hall and also to Gymnastics at the Baptist Church hall. I have seen open, blatant drug dealing on a number of occasions right outside both of these locations and also outside the Damien Centre. I have reported this to the Safer Neighbourhood Police. There is no police presence whenever I am there and the dealing continues in these locations frequented by children and vulnerable people.Have any other forum members observed this activity?

I'd love to hear a bit more from the Safer Neighbourhood teams on this drug dealing thing. As we can all see the dealers, why are they continuing with their business? Is there a reason for leaving them alone? Could we know it?

Any idea who is buying the stuff.  Is it local residents?

The buyers that I have seen are all male, ranging in age from about 18 to 40. One of the dealers, a young white male, has a bicycle and a dog. I have not approached any of them as I have children with me.
