What's the delay???

Nothing seems to be happening to the front of St Mary's Church which was supposed to be having new fencing and so on.It does seem to be taking a while now and yet when I passed by today nothing was happening!Someone was trying to park their car in front but as the parking spaces have been reduced they gave up and drove away!

I know it was worrying the xmas fair organisers - but it does seem tidier at least. Are they waiting for some sort of delivery? I think I was told that's it.

zero on by Decembr 8th - I would have thought good by xmas as the vicar will be on the warpath.
